All prints, whether framed or unframed come with our Australia-wide 21 day or world-wide 60 day Unconditional Guarantee of Satisfaction.  The Guarantee starts from date of dispatch of the work to you.  (Normally shipping takes no more than two weeks to most destinations around the world)

On receiving the print, if for any reason you do not think the work meets your full expectations we will happily refund your purchase price in full less our despatch costs and the Paypal fees. Your only responsibility is to arrange and pay for return shipping in the original packaging.  On receipt of the returned work in undamaged condition your Paypal account will be credited  with the full purchase amount less the costs.  Please advise us in writing or by email within the 60 day period (21 days in Australia) if you wish to return the work. 

For this reason, we do not send you the high security Hahnemühle Certificate of Authenticity or register your ownership on the Hahnemühle Data base until the Money Back Guarantee Period is over.
